I mentioned in my previous post that our new family member Super T had never been to a Dr. in her 6 years. If she has ever been it hasn't been for many years. She arrived at our home on the 18th and on the 23rd Mom had her scheduled for a check up.

| I'm ready to leave now |
We have the greatest Dr. ever. We both love him and give him lots and lots of sloppy kisses every time we see him. I'm kind of jealous that Super T got to go see him without us.
Great news...she is in good health. All tests came back negative for parasites, Yeah!!! The Dr. did look at her teeth and said there were a couple bad ones and said something about "molar". He felt her mammary glands and felt some hard areas but didn't seem to think it was anything to worry about. He does want to spay her and Mom and Dad have been talking about this a lot. They both agree that regardless of who keeps her..whether her human returns for her or she remains a member of our family it does need to be done. The longer she goes having heat cycles the greater her chances increase of developing a potentially life threatening condition - Pyometra. This is a horrible sickness that almost took the life of my beloved Bella sissy. It's a horrible, but 100% preventable sickness. Mom and Dad both wish they had known about this Pyometra before either one of us developed it so they could have spared us all the misery. We were both lucky and we survived and fully recovered.
Mom and Dad were having a guessing game as to how much Super T weighs and Dad said 60 and Mom said 80. Either way they both said she is too heavy for her size and should loose a few pounds. At the Dr. she weighed in at 67 pounds. I think I heard the word "diet", Uhhh Ohhh!
I hope they don't try to put me on a diet. I love food.
