After reviewing the instructions and information listed on each of their blogs I think I understand. It appears this award is meant for blogs with under 200 followers and is designed to help these blogs draw more followers. The blog receiving the award must pass it on to 5 other blogs. Wow, so it's like the energizer bunny it should just keep going and going and going :)
How do we ever pick only 5 of our favorites??? I sure hope we don't hurt anyone's feelings.
